Refund Policy

This policy works alongside Paddle's standard buyer terms (paddle.net). Where the two overlap, Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on pathnumbers.com. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for our digital products. That means your receipt, charge descriptor, and invoice will reference Paddle, and Paddle handles VAT and sales tax on our behalf.
By purchasing a numerology report or subscription on Path Numbers, you agree to the terms below.
2. Digital Products Notice
Everything we sell is digital content delivered immediately after payment — typically within seconds, and at most within 24 hours. By placing an order you:
- Confirm you want immediate access to the digital content;
- Acknowledge that, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery has begun.
This is required by Paddle and by law in order to provide instant delivery of digital products. The waiver does not affect any statutory rights you may have where a refund is granted under sections 3 or 5 below.
3. When Refunds Are Granted
We're happy to issue a refund in the following situations:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading your purchased report, where we are unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate charges — for example, if a network glitch caused you to be billed twice for the same order.
- Unauthorized transactions — payments made without the cardholder's consent (please also notify your card issuer).
- Non-delivery — your report is not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Subscription canceled within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not generated a numerology report during that period.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. When Refunds Are Not Granted
Because numerology reports are interpretive digital content delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the report has been delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with content or predictions. Numerology is interpretive by nature — the meaning of a number is provided as guidance, not a guarantee of future outcomes.
- Subscription renewals. If you forget to cancel before a renewal, the renewed period is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.
- Failure to read the product description before purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your order ID or Paddle transaction ID (from your receipt email);
- The email address used at checkout;
- A short description of the issue.
We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Most are resolved within 1–2 days.
You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net to manage your purchase, view receipts, or initiate a refund request.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time:
- Use the cancellation link included in any Paddle receipt email, or
- Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email address used at checkout.
After cancellation:
- You retain access to subscription features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further charges will be made — the subscription will not auto-renew.
- Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period (see section 3 for refund eligibility).
7. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected] — we can almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can.
Filing a chargeback before contacting us means we cannot help you directly while the dispute is open with your card issuer. Repeated chargebacks may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, in Paddle's seller requirements, or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the most recent version. Material changes will be announced on the website.
